Chef Daniel’s menu will be served in lieu of Parkway Grill’s regular dinner menu
from Tuesday, October 3 - Thursday, October 5.

A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, Rochelle Daniel previously served as the Executive Chef at Fat Ox in Scottsdale, and before that at Cress on Oak Creek and Etch Kitchen & Bar at L’Auberge de Sedona.

Known for modern twists on classic dishes and showcasing seasonal, and even foraged, ingredients, her career highlights include starring on the Food Network’s “Chopped Grill Masters,” being selected as a featured chef for the Bocuse d’Or Team USA fundraiser and acting as a personal chef for families with nutritional needs. She has also been recognized as one of as the 2023 Foodist Awards Top Chef, the Valley’s “Best Sous Chef” by AZcentral.com, and was inducted into the Arizona Culinary Hall of Fame for 2017.
